It is also well connected as it is only a short distance from the village of Sant Josep and the best beaches on the island such as Cala Vadella, Cala d’Hort, Cala Tarida, Cala Molí, Cala Bassa.

Can Mimosa is an authentic ecovilla which does not contribute to CO2 emissions into the atmosphere that pollute and favour global warming, being a clean, self-sufficient and ecological house. A system of solar panels and lithium batteries provide all the necessary energy for the optimum running of the villa. In addition, it has a powerful electric generator for cloudy days or with little sun, always having the electric supply guaranteed. The property also has its own water well which provides high quality drinking water.

The exteriors consist of a swimming pool, extensive terrace with comfortable sun loungers, a round chill out sofa, perfect to relax, enjoy the breeze and listen to the birds singing. The house is surrounded by mimosas providing wide areas of natural shade, cooling the patio and terraces. The swimming pool is perfect for swimming sessions, water games with the children or simply to cool off in its fresh and crystal clear waters.
