A few minutes north of Ibiza town just over the hill from Jesus, an old gem has been given a fresh new start. Perched on a secret beach at the end of a dusty camino, the decade’s old restaurant has been lovingly restored and updated with natural materials to create an elegant yet rustic space featuring a restaurant, tapas bar, beach and cocktails.
The refined menu designed by the highly respected Executive Chef Pau Barba features the freshest local produce with an emphasis on seafood and innovative versions of classic dishes. A charcoal and wood-fired grill ensure barbecued perfection of meats, fish and shellfish. Cocktails are deliciously handcrafted and the wine list is designed to enhance the fresh, seasonal flavours of the menu.
The menu while firmly rooted in locally sourced ingredients and Mediterranean flavours has an interesting and modern edge. One of our favourites.
